You have ordered Still water and we served you with that. On your way out, the young lady at the counter needed my assistance because of the confusion created with your bill. As never happened before that someone refused to pay for a bottle of water she obviously was unsure of what to do. No arms has been thrown around and no attention has been captured by others. Actually I personally apologized with you for any inconvenience on my arrival at the counter. So let me tell you, Yes, It was very embarrassing for me have to explain you that the 1lt bottle labeled Santa Vittoria Still water you have ordered wasn’t for free. And no, you haven’t been refunded as there was no mistakes from our team. Let’s now talk about the glasses. I am very sure that whoever would notice a dirty glass on the table certainly would not drink on it but ask to the staff to replace it.
