Excellent IMO for a local restaurant, however, I haven't tried too many different entrees here. I've been to Verona Restaurant about four or five times and once I tried the Spaghetti Seafood, I stopped experimenting with anything else. It's that delicious. Their chicken entrees are very good too, but I stopped ordering those after discovering their Spaghetti Seafood. The red sauce in this dish is light, perfect and consistent, the pasta is cooked to perfection and I can't think of any seafood (Italian style) better than theirs in a wide area. With all of Morristown's restaurants, none of them are even close to Verona Restaurant. Every time I go, I order: Fried Calamari, Caesar Salad and Spaghetti Seafood. That may sound boring or unimaginative to you, but I can't think of anything exceeding this on their menu and I'm the type who often likes to try a "chef's special." Their Fried Calamari and Caesar Salad are perfect. Really! You'd be surprised.... Yes, it's BYOB and we usually kill two delicious bottles. No need for dessert after all of that, especially if your wine is delicious. I often recommend Verona Restaurant. I bought my daughter and son-in-law a $100 gift certificate to this place. I don't consider it to be pricey. The intensely high quality makes it very reasonable.
