Small, very cozy location right in the heart of Stollberg. The cozy furnishings and the surprisingly large, well-stocked selection of regional products show that people work here with heart and mind. The food and drinks that can be consumed in the restaurant demonstrate a keen culinary interest and attention to detail. One or two prejudices that vegan dishes are only for vegans can be refuted here. The Versalat! shows that vegan street food can be a successful combination of "tasty", "regional" and "conscious" (in the sense of avoiding animal suffering).
