Better eat a hot dog at a gas station than go to the top! The most terrible establishment in Togliatti, terrible attitude of the staff with hysterical waiters, terrible food, drinks. And, according to workers, they spit in the food. I honestly don't recommend it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
