Moved by the hospitality here. The staff were kind and they attended very well. They can speak English pretty well too. They kept a tiny bowl to serve olive oil. I loved that attention to detail. Loved the Vegetariana Pizza. The baked dough was soft and crispy, together with a blend of Burrata & Olive oil the flavours tasted great. The other dish I tried was the Grilled chicken Tagliata. The chicken did not disappoint, it tasted good too. The lunch hours felt quiet. Late in the evening the place was full. The evening vibe was great. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Parking options: Paid street parking Parking: Street parking is easily accessible across the street from the restaurant. It is only 2mins away by walk.

I had lunch at Verso twice, and both visits were outstanding. I had the gnocchetti (called Chicche), sword fish and yesterday the spaghetti with clams. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every dish was prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and you can really taste the care that goes into the food. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Conversano. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
