Only spent a day in the spa, it’s ok, no big deal. The spa menu was not goodthe ladies at the restaurant were very polite but the choucroute was not tasty. Very disappointedthe spa was minimal but clean, with a nice view of the outside. They give you towels and flip flops. Service: 4

Terribel service, rude people. We had booked a larger room (willing to pay extra), got a small room, no upgrade possible “we are fully booked. Asked for extra blanked “it is in your closet”, no it is not, “we will bring it to room”, nobody shows up. Went again to reception to get shitty blanket, “we are not housekeeping”. Unfortunately we booked 2 nights. Never again. Service: 1
