Embarrassing prices, poor quality and raw food, we literally went out on an empty stomach spending a whopping 35 euros for an appetizer (4 slices of bresaola, old parmesan and two raw courgettes) and a second course (ONE raw brasciola) accompanied by a bottle of water. Normally I never do reviews, but unfortunately yesterday at dinner at Vesuvia Via Amendola it was really embarrassing, I wanted to enjoy a first course and I asked for a spaghetti carbonara, it arrived unexpectedly early, but as I saw it I immediately noticed that there was something strange in fact there was no cream but literally the beaten egg crumbled omelette model, when tasted it was literally sweet but very much, the spaghetti overcooked, after the first fork I leave the dish, the dining room manager, seeing the left dish, approaches me asking why I had left the dish, I explain point by point, I must say that professionally she offers me another first course to overcome the inconvenience, at this point I ask for a cacio e pepe , it always arrives very early, same script, tasteless overcooked pasta and yet the cheese is decidedly salty, without watery cream, it didn't give anything, I'm not seriously joking, I eat a forkful and release the dish, I must say really embarrassing, whereupon the manager approaches her again explaining that unfortunately the second dish was also absolutely not good, I invite her to taste it, at which point, agreeing with me, she confesses to me that the chef wasn't there and that he had cooked the person responsible for cooking chicken.
