Got here few weeks ago. Little bit late to write my review . When we walked in there was few people inside already and only one person taking orders also making the drink. I’m not sure is it daily basis with one person behind the line or just coincidentally short staff but anyway we were waiting patiently understanding the situation but yes the lady behind the counter was a bit not to friendly nor rude. Drinks was good also.

Took over 30 minutes to give me my wings. Wouldn’t come here again.

Hi Ashley,We’re really sorry about the wait. Every food item is made fresh to order here at Vivi. We were dealing with a rush in the kitchen today, which unfortunately caused delays. That said, we know your time is valuable, and a 30 minute wait is frustrating. We truly appreciate your feedback and are working to improve our timing during busy periods.
