Pizzeria Via Cassia is one of the few pizzerias that allows you to choose three different pizza doughs: Roman, Neapolitan and wholemeal. I chose the Neapolitan dough and yes the pizza was very good with the high and soft crust and also the pizza was also beautifully seasoned, that's how it's done The price of the pizzas and other food was fair. The service was welcoming and fast, the only flaw was perhaps that the waitresses were too fast and didn't give you time to choose something as they were already there ready to ask you if you had finished etc. Overall rating 8/10 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¬1020 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Pizza Napoletana, Napoletana
