One of the best meals and experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’m a foodie and have been saddened by decline in the food and service industry since Covid. I think most of us foodies can agree on this topic. With that said, tonight I experienced exceptional service (and food). After a very heavy day, I just needed a solo meal with a great glass of wine….alone. I walked in at 9pm to a warm welcome from your bartender Megan. She greeted me, heard my generalized request and when I came back from the restroom (didn’t specify the wine or select a table but she delivered strong) to this (picture attached…my apologies for being a terrible photographer). Without knowing my day, she just somehow knew my day and gave me an experience and kindness I’ll never forget. Thank you Megan. Thank you Via Roma for not forgetting our dining experience goes far beyond the meal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–60
