This was our second visit to Via. We love the atmosphere, and the food is good. A few things to note: On our Saturday night visit they did not have valet parking offered, which was no issue for us since we had a very early reservation, but parking can be difficult. The meatballs are the best meatballs I have had, however the rigatoni was overcooked. sadness. The marscapone cheesecake was a 10. The bread service was equally a 10. It appears that they may use a two waitstaff system which is something that I never understood. Unless one of them was in training? It didn't help our experience, but I will say Connor was the more personable and attentive half and fit the persona of Via best. We enjoyed his unrushed style best. I love the open kitchen view so if you like that experience ask for a table with a view of the bustling kitchen. On your way to the restroom you get a nice view of the Gelato case, which is a bit odd, but I am sure they have given that some thought. All in all a solid 4 . We will be back! Had a fantastic meal at Via Italian Table! Chef Andrew did an incredible job. The food was outstanding from start to finish. The pasta was especially delicious, perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. You can really tell he puts a lot of care and talent into every dish. If you’re looking for authentic Italian food and a great dining experience, I highly recommend Via Italian Table! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
