We went to Vibo to celebrate a friend’s birthday and absolutely loved everything! The atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming, the service was excellent, and all the staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious from start to finish, everything we ordered was wonderful. It’s always nice to find a place where the food, service, and atmosphere all come together so well. Even better knowing it’s so close to home! We had a great experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $30–40

This is a really nice, somewhat upscale place. We were lucky enough to get a seat without a reservation, but for a Saturday night I'd definitely recommend making one. In any case, the food was absolutely delicious. The Rosemary chicken was well seasoned and juicy with mashed potatoes and spinach on the side. The lasagna was also really excellent - perfect ratios of pasta to meat, to sauce, to cheese, and just full of flavor. Finally, the biggest surprise was the dessert. We ordered a tiramisu and it came in a glass - not what we expected. Based on my past experience I prepared to be disappointed, but it blew us away. The flavor was exactly what you'd expect from a tiramisu but it was particularly reach, the liquor was there but not overwhelming, and the berries provided fresh contrast to the sweetness. I can probably count on one hand the number of times I had a better tiramisu. And another really pleasant surprise was the cappuccino. It wasn't the typical milky mild coffee that I've learned to expect. Instead it was deliciously roasted, rich cup of coffee, just softened a bit by the milk. I'm not a coffee connoisseur so I can't explain why it was so good, but I can't remember the last time I was so delighted by a cup of coffee. Anyway, I guess the short of it is, if you're looking for a great Italian restaurant, I can't recommend ViBo enough. We visited Vibo Restaurant and really enjoyed the classic Italian atmosphere. The space feels elegant and comfortable, with wine racks around the dining area and a bar in the middle that adds to the charm. They also have a private room for events, which is a nice option for small gatherings. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our visit. We started with the “Burrata di Puglia Caprese”, then tried the “Linguine alla Marinara” with Arrabiata sauce, “Braised Beef Short Rib with Truffle Risotto”, and “Grilled Branzino”, all of which were flavourful and nicely prepared. For dessert, we had “ViBo’s Homemade Biscotti”, “Decadent Chocolate Molten Cake”, and “Semi Freddo”, which were a great way to finish the meal. We paired everything with red wine from their strong selection of Italian, French, and local options, and enjoyed a pleasant dining experience.
