Excellent restaurant in the old town with great food, good service, and nice atmosphere under the soft beige limestone arches inside or outside at the tables next to the olive trees. The food is modern Pugliese yet chef Andrea takes hints from local grandmas in the countryside to master his dishes. Meats or seafood in their delicious menu are well-married to local organic wines. Definitely a place to try in any season when visiting this beautiful city. Fun trendy dinner spot in the old town, in an alley behind the Duomo. Both indoor and outdoor seating. Nice, varied menu—some Puglian, some Mediterranean, and some other dishes mixed in; plus an interesting winelist. The food was absolutely delicious…well prepared and presented with flair. A bit pricey, but delicious. Service was friendly, but a bit haphazard; we weren’t offered the specials, we had to keep after the waiter and he brought out the check well before we’d decided whether we were finished. Manager inside also was pretty brusque. All in all, though, the food carried the evening.
