We had a very pleasant dining experience at this restaurant during our visit to Paris. The watermelon and tomato gazpacho with mozzarella was refreshing, light, and full of flavor. The combination was beautifully balanced, with a subtle natural sweetness that made it a perfect starter, especially on a warm day. The meat was very tasty and cooked perfectly, exactly as ordered. The French fries were also enjoyable (8/10) and complemented the dish well. What made the experience even better was the excellent service. The staff were amazing, punctual, attentive, and genuinely pleasant throughout our meal. We felt welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. Overall, it was a wonderful restaurant experience with delicious food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service. Walking back to our hotel through one of the local neighborhoods in Paris, we stumbled upon Victor completely by chance — and what an incredible find it was. When we arrived, they asked if we had a reservation. We said no, and thankfully they still welcomed us in. From the moment we sat down, everything about the experience was fantastic. The beef tartare was a unique twist on the traditional version, served with pear on the side, and it was absolutely delicious. We also had the escargot in a Burgundy sauce, which was outstanding. And I have to mention the bread they brought to the table — one of the best crusty French breads I’ve ever had. The menu is excellent, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and experience. There were so many other dishes we wanted to try that we’ll definitely have to come back. They also offer outdoor seating, which looked lovely, but it was a little too cold for us that evening. You don’t have to just stumble across this place like we did — it’s absolutely worth the drive, Uber, or cab ride. Highly recommended.
