The place was very nice, but the 2 employees seemed very distracted. Midway though the order, one of them even left the shop leaving the other to take the order. Other than that, the ice cream was well decorated and tasted pretty good. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Gelato

First time I've felt compelled to review an establishment. Went to the location and it auto-added a tip after I (very clearly) pressed "no tip" (as it’s fast food with no service). Only realized afterwards. The two people I was with saw it as well and were shocked. I purchased a single scoop of ice cream for $7.XX and it went up to $9.XX with the added tip... Before purchasing, ENSURE your amount makes sense. They will add tips. I don't care about the $2.XX lost... but seriously? This is awful out of precedent. The fact that this got no company response is uh suspicious. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We decided we wanted some ice cream, and chose to stop into Victoria Ice Cream & Fudge Factory; the ice cream was fine but nothing exceptional and the employee was helpful.
