The best thing that has happened to Manchester Victoria in recent years. An excellent place to meet friends before venturing further into Manchester. The outside area has a heated covered area as well as outside seats and tables. You can sit outside and watch the trams pass by... It has a fantastic range of well looked after Cask and Craft Keg beer, and is incredibly popular at the weekends. The staff are very good at getting through the waiting drinkers quickly and calmly. The only draw backs are the music in the outside area can be a little on the loud side and if you need the toilet you have to use the station toilets. Price per person: £10–20

Shining example of how station pubs have improved. Immaculate interior with some wonderful black and white photos of the old Victoria Station on display. There's a board displaying train departures but given the range , and quality of the beers it's worth a special visit. We had a Wigan Brewhouse Junction and a Kostritzer both excellent. Price for both a reasonable £10.80, the Wigan Junction pint great value at £4.30, 190 THB Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Craft Beer, Well Kept Beers

I love station taps wherever i go such as Euston London, Sheffield, York, and Manchester Piccadilly so here i am with a new Victoria tap which i didn’t notice before. What a lovely venue to use as waiting room for your train. As always great choice of cask & keg ales. Reasonable prices so i tried couple of hazy, sour & Ipa. Good staff and quick service. There was departure electric board inside which was handy to keep an eye on train timings. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
