My wife and I have been dining at Victoria's for over 30 years. The food is always excellent quality with generous portions and is brought to our table in a timely fashion by friendly staff. With all of that being said I will not be returning until something is done about the cleanliness. We were seated in a booth in front dining area. As I happened to look down at the carpeting I was shocked to see how filthy the entire carpet was. At one time I'm sure it was a patterned red carpet. Now it is a discusting dark brown almost black carpet from all the stains. Then I looked up at the ceiling heat vents which were dusty and black. It made me think if thats the way the dining area is maintained what must the kitchen be like. I really hope that management makes some improvements. I'm also surprised that the health department has not addressed these issues. I won't be returning until there are changes. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Our waiter was was a lot of fluff didn't take care of our needs as far as making sure we had water we had pitcher and when it was empty we had to ask for refill. We dropped $200 and think he could of personally filled our glasses.I wanted bread and I had to ask to get more bread when we had told him we would be eating more at the beginning of our meal. We like bread ! When I asked for the bread he said I think your meals will fill you up....
