Many people come to taste perfectly cooked tempura, pork and pizza. You will be served tasty halo-halo. The positive aspect of this restaurant is that the staff is accommodating. Nice service is something clients like here. The homey atmosphere adds a relaxing feel to a visitors stay at Victoria's Halo Halo. The average rating of this place on Google is 4.2.

This place I love to see and enjoy the moment when we are here. From "Bahay Kubo" from the start of this business it was more than 60 years of existence it was managed by the Family. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly for those who like to taste their very own "Halo - halo". Our new favorite & best spot for some halo-halo. Located in Tabunoc, Talisay across Uncle Brew coffee shop. Although it's a bit far to travel compared going to Melton's Halo-Halo in Tisa, Labangon but we chose this spot to be our new go to spot when we feel like eating this classic dessert. We compare this to Melton's because they are the closest in comparison and Melton is one of the best here in Cebu. • Melton's is tastier but this one has a much more original taste of a classic halo-halo and its sweetness taste more natural. • Victoria's halo-halo (₱80) is cheaper plus it is bigger in serving compared to Melton's super special. • This place has a best spot to enjoy your halo-halo compared to a lot of halo-halo store here in Cebu, they have ground floor and a comfortably spacious 2nd floor. We also noticed that their staffs are accommodating and attentive. Props to them for that. They offer more foods in their menu but so far we have only tried their halo-halo. Parking: Limited parking area. I recommend bringing motorcycle if possible.
