My spouse and I enjoyed the wine paired tasting menu. The whole experience was great. The food was interesting and delicious. Our waiter, Alex was personable and very knowledgeable. Since this was my first time I'm not sure how close the tables are during normal times but right now they are far enough apart you really do not hear anyone else talking. We will definitely return.

Thank you for the wonderful review, Samantha! Our tables were less spaced before, but we have found the table spacing to make the experience all the more enjoyable. We look forward to seeing you next time!

We ordered cocktails and went with the 6-course chefs tasting menu with wine pairings. I don't know how it's possible, but each course tasted better than the last! And they were all superb! I was blown away by the carrot and the scallop. Do not sleep on the carrot! My friend declared it to be the best meal he's ever had.

Where is a quality restaurant located just off of Massachusetts Avenue. Upon arrival you will see their kitchen area which is quite open so it's a great experience to be able to see what they're cooking up. You'll also see you there hydroponic vegetables that are grown in the kitchen area which is beautiful. The atmosphere is very relaxing, romantic, welcome Inn. All of the staff were friendly and the overall experience was great. They do a great job of making individual celebrating their birthdays special with the desert that they bring out. Video brings out bread and also a complementary just at the beginning which was lovely.   You can either order options as a course meal or à la carte. Depending on what you're getting and what all your table is wanting to do I'd recommend at least one person do the à la cart and then you'll get a dessert as well.   As my cocktail I had red hot night which was delicious and had a bit of a kick to it. It was well-crafted and busy which is what I prefer. If you like sweet drinks I would not recommend ordering this one. I ordered the scallop as my main dish and it was well crafted and flavorful. The scallops were just perfectly cooked with a well combination of flavors surrounding the dish. It was a wild craft a dish that had great pairings of ingredients, well done. As a starter I also tried some of the beef tartare which was presented in a beautiful manner and tasted of great quality. I had some of the beet salad and Also the wall greens (i'll admit ordering it it kind of sounds like you're saying Walgreens the store which is quite funny). Anyways I assume they named it based on their greens that are on the wall when you enter the restaurant. Personally I thought the beet salad had a more intense flavor with the goat cheese that was on it then the wall greens but if you are not a fan of goat cheese I would shy away from the beet salad. Those salads were good. I just personally felt at the Wall greens was slightly boring.   For desserts I tried some of the ricotta doughnuts and the peanut butter torte. I'd have to say the donuts were fabulous so you definitely should try those but if you're a peanut butter fan you should definitely go for the torte.   Although it is not a cheap restaurant to go to if you're looking for a quality manual or to celebrate something special or simply just to eat food that is presented in a beautiful man are you should definitely support Vida. Cheers!
