Bought this from Di An Restaurant. Unfortunately, the pandan coconut cake tasted very strange, and I had to throw the whole thing away after just one bite. Please make sure to check the quality and freshness of the cakes before selling them. I hope this issue can be improved. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20

The best vietnamese banhmi shop i have ever tried. Although it was a little bit hidden, hard to locate, but it was def underrated. For sure will spread it out with my friends. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Follow @bredgyeats for more food posts! Vietbites shines brightest when serving up nostalgic chè, with savory options that complete the meal. Each dessert avoids excessive sweetness, with finely crushed ice keeping everything light. Their Chè Thái has crisp red rubies made with water chestnuts, adding texture alongside pandan jelly, tapioca, mung bean paste and jackfruit suspended in a rich, sweet coconut milk base. The durian-forward contrast delivers a mellow version of the king of fruits, while jackfruit, sago, toddy palm seed, longan and assorted jellies drive this to a more textural experience. The salty side is simplistic and reminiscent of typical street snacks. The grilled baguettes are flattened and crisped, with chili butter brushed inside and out, offering mild fragrance and heat. Toppings include chili sauce, sausage, pickled carrot, daikon, pork floss, and a generous amount of mayo. Going all-in with cold cuts AND fried fish cakes, it was quite different than typical Vietnamese sandwiches in the city. Pâté is present but a bit stingy, overpowered by the mayo; cilantro, cucumber, dill and pickled vegetables are fresh while the baguette itself does the job.
