Attended a cooking class yesterday - it was fantastic! The team were very friendly. The food we cooked was delicious and I enjoyed learning about Vietnam.

We booked a cookery class at Vietcentric, and it was an amazing experience! The three staff were so welcoming and informative. We made a starter (betel leaf wrapped pork) and main course (caramelised salmon). The flavours and fragrances were incredible, and the atmosphere was absolutely perfect. We are already planning our next visit to try another dish!
