Absolutely love this food truck. I never rave about food trucks but this one is bomb! The staff always makes me laugh and greets every customer enthusiastically. The portions size is so much food for the price. Super adorable. Highly recommend the dumplings or calamari. The house combo is my favorite! Been way too many times because it’s that good. Viet’s Wok is absolutely amazing! It was my very first experience trying Vietnamese cuisine from a food truck, and it completely blew me away! I am already looking forward to my next visit. Saw the food truck...thought it was the fish people...oh lawd!!! Asian cuisine again...told them I wanted fish, they offered calamari...I DON'T EAT THAT...too chewy...young man convinced me to try theirs...they made a sample just for me...bought it!!
