Had a really disappointing experience at Pho & Co Sydenham. The customer service from Rubeena was extremely poor. She was unhelpful and had a very unpleasant attitude, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Customers should be treated with basic respect and professionalism, but unfortunately that wasn’t my experience at all. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks into the way customers are being treated. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Price per person: £30–40

Had a fantastic meal here! The food was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, making the whole experience even better. I ordered a takeaway at lunchtime. I feel severely ripped off. The two summer rolls were stuffed with noodles and not much else. Two summer rolls for £11, you can buy three in the centre of London for £6. The papaya salad was full of carrot and not worth the money. I haven't had anything else off the menu but this was not good.
