If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. I enjoyed both the mains and dessert. Every bite is like hugging you with comfort, paired with the breathtaking ocean view. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As stated, View Cafe offers the best view of Otaru. I stopped by on my way to Sapporo. It was a great place to recharge. The coffee was good but it was a little more expensive than other cafes. The atmosphere was nice and the staffs were friendly. One thing to note was that as I was sitting next to the window, it was a bit hot. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
