Pathar Ki Chaat! Agar pathar ki chaat khaani hai toh bhai, Vik's chaat zaroor aana! Their chaat, especially the Papdi, was a huge disappointment! The Papdi was extremely hard, almost like rock, lacking the expected softness and crispiness. Suggestion to the business: Either consider making and frying your own Papdi instead of using store-bought ones, or before adding the Papdi to the Chaat, soak it for a few minutes in chaatni water. This could greatly enhance the texture and overall experience of the dish. As for the restroom, it was very disappointing. They were extremely dirty with no maintenance evident. There was no toilet paper, no seat covers, and no paper towels available. Improving the restroom cleanliness and amenities would greatly enhance the overall experience for customers. I would suggest assigning a staff member to clean and maintain the bathroom throughout the day to ensure it remains clean and stocked with essential supplies

Disclaimer: I love dosas and that's all I eat here. I'm a sucker for a good dosa and they are surprisingly hard to find. I remember ordering something else once, I think it was good, but all I remember is the dosa. I can't get dosas near where I live so whenever I am in the area I stop in and get one of these. It's a little bundle of heaven. My comfort food. The atmosphere feels a bit... almost industrial, or as someone else said "cafeteria style." It is a bit awkward to go through the grocery store to get to the outdoor dining area. It can be loud and crowded inside. Still, the service is relatively fast and dosas. Did I mention they have good dosas? Honestly not the best I've ever had, but reliably good. And that merits 5 stars according to my belly. :)
