So, on the web page and facebook you will not see this. We stayed at 'vila mina 1', the room is little, bathroom is disaster.In the bathroom you do not have curtains for the shower, so it's inevitable to make a flood, the roof is low angled so you need to stay in weird positions. Mirror is the size of my phone and you can't really use it. In 21st century you do not have hairdryer or proper towel. But we can live with all of this, something that we can't forgive is mold and dust all over the bathroom and room. Thank goodness that sheets were clean and smelled nice. But the bad is really uncomfortable. I can't really tell is the staff nice or not because half of the time they didn't know an answer to my question and said i needed to find someone else. And questions were pretty common like 'to whom i need to give back key?'The owner is the most horrible person i ever encountered, the way he talks to the customers when they have a problem is just horrible. He pretty much tells you that you are stupid and that you broke something, even if you didn't. I saw him 3 times and 3/3 he was just sitting in the restaurant yelling and swearing so all the guests could hear him. It's super unprofessional.One night the stray puppy, which was only skin and bones, tried to come in to the restaurant, it was so tiny, but the "big boss" started yelling and kicking a little fella, it was horrible to watch!! The puppy screamed, but he continued his brutal act.[i know there's no place for a puppy in the restaurant, but little one stood on the door and this monster brutally kicked him few times, just who does that? (he could just close the door and problem solved but no.) ]In our room there wasn't a single new thing as it said in apartment descriptions, which we really don't mind, but hygiene->0. Air vent was just hole in a wall with a little fan and because of that and the fact that you do not have heating in a bathroom it was always freezing. Spider webs were everywhere!And just look at the photo of our windows, horrible.
