My experience with my family at lunch at this restaurant was not at all pleasant. Starting with the tablecloth that covered the table, which was completely stained with grease, the irritation of the waiter who served us, to our request for the meat, which was not answered and there was no willingness, either from the waiter or the manager, to remedy the problem. In this restaurant, we feel that the customer is just a number; They forget that satisfied customers are what make businesses prosper. It is unacceptable and regrettable that in a meat restaurant, they are not prepared to deliver to the customer an order of picanha at the desired point. The side dishes were satisfactory, but the stress with serving the meat took away any possibility of a pleasant family lunch. We will no longer risk returning to the establishment. Today I was there for the last time. Their scale must be faulty, because the picanha for 4 (which costs R$ 199.00 - very "expensive") was supposed to come with 900 grams of meat, and when the skewer arrived it was clear that it didn't even have 700 grams. They put 2 huge portions of white rice and a huge plate of fries, those very "cheap" industrialized ones (very bad). Picanha really, there was almost none! It's not the first time I've noticed that they're putting too little meat on the skewers, as I'm a customer of several restaurants (Bento, Aquarius, Pampa Sul, etc.) and I see that their 900gr (other restaurants) are very different from the 900gr that comes in spit of Villa Gaúcha on Shopping Boulevard. In the end I spent R$300.00 and my two young children left hungry, I had to buy a sandwich at McDonald's for each one. Anyway, I don't recommend the restaurant, because if I want to eat the cheapest fries and white rice, I'll go to one of those skewers which is much cheaper. VILLA GAÚCHA TO EAT MEAT IS A GUARANTEED DISAPPOINTMENT! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R$200+
