Villa Pizza is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices are found good here. The atmosphere of this place is exotic. VERY SAD to see this long time establishment closed down a couple of days ago. Sal, Gino and Greg were awesome as was their pizza. Really going to miss their Grandma Pie the best in Middletown. Good Luck Guys!!!

Villa Pizza is in the Middletown Plaza in Middletown, New Jersey and is a great place to head towards if you are in the mood for some good pizza. There is nothing fancy about this place, it is what it is designed to be, a local pizzeria bringing great pizza to its customers. As I said, there is nothing fancy about this establishment, but the best pizza is usually found in these humble mom-and-pop operations. The pizza here is very good. A good crust, complimented by a great sauce and cheese and enhanced by herbs and spices to just make it an absolute joy with each and every bite. For me a good test of a pizza is to get it plain so that any weaknesses cannot be hidden by a topping or combination of toppings. The pizza here at Villa Pizza certainly passed the test and is indeed a very good pizza. I would definitely recommend Villa Pizza and will give it five stars.
