Sarebbe tutto bellissimo, ma chi viene in Toscana e ordina una fiorentina da 50€/kg vorrebbe trovarsi sul piatto un taglio di Chianina con l'osso a T con filetto e controfiletto, cotta alla brace, e non una costata come visibile in foto e preconto.
