We were so sorry we tried this place tonight! The place was empty and smelled musty when we arrived a little before 6 pm. We would have left, but planned on meeting friends. Very limited bar selections and out of Mexican beer. We were given a very small plate of chips and tiny amount of salsa for 4 people. We were charged each time we asked for chips, but not informed until we saw the bill. Order Queso dip which was good, but came with only 10 chips! Food was ok, nothing special. We received our bill and at that point we were told there would be an upcharge for using a credit card. "We accept credit card" signs are posted at the doors. On line there was a notice that customers receive a discount for paying with cash...not a penalty for using a credit card. Will never recommend or go back to this place. With all the good restaurants in Cleveland, this was a terrible disappointment.
