I want to like this place, it's close to our Beachhouse. But I don't consider karaoke live music. What a letdown the staff was very rude and Unknowledgeable, when I asked when they would be live music ? Their answer, was look at our website how rude. I will not go back.

want to warn everyone about this venue...they do get some good artists in for their concerts but their way of running their business is scary. several warnings... we were at a concert there several weeks ago and before we could even get home from the event, my debit card had been hacked to the tune of over $700. Fortunate for me, my bank was right on this. I called the next day to talk to the manager,left him a message and he never called back. One can order 2 drinks from the bar here and there is an 18% gratuity added to the total for those two drinks, you are not made aware of this unless you look at your bill and wonder, how in the world a bottle of bud light and a vodka tonic can be $26..... Friends of ours came to the concert and bought their tickets at the door and had a 16% gratuity added to their ticket price ....

First time to "yelp review" and unfortunately have to leave a NEGATIVE review. Only leaving one star because Yelp doesn't allow me to go lower than that. As a server in the food industry this restaurant was completely and utterly atrocious. Understanding that all restaurants are currently understaffed, most would have an understanding of their upper limits in party size. Unfortunately, village door seascape failed to recognize their limits. Because of this our party had an hour wait for appetizers. One of these appetizers in-which was no longer available by the end of the hour wait due to them running out. however, we were not informed of this until the hour was up. In addition, after waiting an hour and a half we were informed that most of our sides were also no longer available. After finally getting the food, six out of the eleven plates were cold and/or less than mediocre. When we asked to speak to the manager she blamed her staff, made excuses, and did not take any ownership. In fact, we do not blame the server but believe that the service was a direct reflection of the poor and embarrassing leadership. She only offered to give a 10% discount and then gave attitude. She showed no worry for our table and refused to do anything for the care of her customers. ~ Victoria
