I dined with a friend during a slow time, there was only one other table in the restaurant occupied. The food took longer than it should have to come out. Some employees were horsing around which usually doesn't bother me but did due to the experience as a whole. The waitress took forever to decide to come back and cash out the checks offering a drink refill when doing so (which would have been the only refill). She stopped midsentice to excitedly grab up some child that came in with an adult whom she obviously knew then precedeed to disappear keeping us longer still not cashed out. The kid was then in employee areas. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to a Village Inn. I think the food quality has actually improved. Our waitress was accommodating with our order making various items side dishes so we could have what we wanted. Case in point, double order of corn beef hash with 4 eggs. My buddy enjoys eating here on Wednesdays for the free slice of pie. The next time I’m in the mood for breakfast food, I’ll come here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast
