Way overpriced for very poor food. I first ordered the avocado BLT for $23.99. The menu says “smashed avocado,” but what I got was basically a smooth avocado spread, limp lettuce, and soft, bland bread. The sandwich had almost no flavor, so I sent it back. I replaced it with the $24.99 Angus burger, thinking that would be a safer choice. Nope. The burger was completely bland and tasted like it had no seasoning at all. I could only eat half of it. The fries were honestly the best part of the entire meal. The atmosphere wasn’t relaxing either. The staff seemed to constantly hover and watch the tables, standing off to the side staring and waiting to clear plates. It felt uncomfortable rather than attentive. After tax and tip, I paid over $30 for a burger I didn’t even enjoy. At airport prices, I expect to pay more, but the food still needs to be good. I would have been better off getting fast food or paying $35 for the Alaska Lounge upstairs. I would not eat here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40

Lei Lee was friendly and made us feel welcomed as soon as she approached our table with menus. We mentioned we would like to split a cheeseburger and she said it was a great choice that we would love and be easy to share. Not only was the burger delicious and the fries crispy, but they also cut the burger in half and split it with the fries on two plates! The burger was cooked well and hot. I picked American cheese and it was so meaty and delicious. The red onion was fresh and didn't overpower the flavor. The little sides of ranch were perfect for pouring all over the burger, but honestly it didn't need it, the flavor was great already. I definitely recommend sitting down for some lunch or dinner at the Village Pub before your next flight. I know I will stop by again! Thank you Lei Lee!!!
