THIS REVIEW IS A STRONG STAY AWAY! This restaurant has been at this location for many year and changed hands many times. Unfortunately, this ownership is having serious problems. Don’t be fooled by the expensive menu. The bar tender became our waiter, he took our order & we never saw him again. 7:15 reservation, dinner arrived 90 minutes later. We complained to a person cleaning tables & was told our food is being plated. 20 minutes later we still hadn’t been served. We were about to leave when the food arrived. We had a The veal Marsala was mostly pasta with 1 small piece of veal. The veal Tuscany also came with 1 small piece of veal was drowned in a thick sauce, the gnocchi was over cooked & tasted like mush. I asked, what is the problem with the kitchen & was told our waiter had to cook our dinners. No one was interested in apologizing. We left truly unsatisfied. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Jeffery, not that we were not willing to apologize, but rather all cooking in extreme heat trying to keep up with all the orders. you understand we do have Times listed on every ticket and yours was at 45 minutes when we began plating your meals. With the amount of orders all at once, thought we did pretty well getting all the food out and served. No serious problems, been here 14 years, just extremely busy and would ask for more patients. Anthony your server is skilled in both front and back of the house and was needed to help get food out to the tables.

I went to Villaggio with a large group of girls last night for a bachelorette celebration as our last night on the trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were sat in a private room which was perfect because we could enjoy ourselves and not feel like we were interrupting the people around us. The drinks were delicious as was the food. The best part was our server Tim, who truly made our night. He was so attentive and had us laughing the entire time. he continuously checked on us and informed us if there was even a slight delay, which in my opinion there weren't any delays as we had a large group and our food came out together in a timely manner. I would drive the hour to come back solely to have Tim as my waiter, with the added bonus of delicious crafted cocktails and food. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
