Complaint about Service Dear, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service received in your cafeteria on 12/01/2024. I was attended to by a short employee who demonstrated a lack of education and professionalism. The service was impersonal and, at times, the employee was rude and unreceptive. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but I believe that cordiality and respect for the customer are fundamental in any situation. I hope that this complaint is taken into consideration and that the necessary measures are taken to ensure that situations like this do not happen again.
