I get that this is a tourist area and you’re probably over serving mostly tourists, but our server clearly wanted nothing to do with us. We asked for help picking wine, she rolled her eyes, didn’t listen to what we were looking for and brought us her cheapest and trashiest that weren’t anything like we’d described. What made it more frustrating is that there are so many other enotecas and restaurants where the servers or owners are genuinely interested in engaging with you about the wine, where it comes from, the varietals, etc. We also definitely weren’t there during a busy time, so that doesn’t really explain the poor service. Maybe she was having a bad day, who knows? Skip this place. Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Worst service we had in rome. At every other Location the service was nice and perfect, such a great City! At VinAllegro, the Personal, espacially the waitress, was one of the worst I've ever had. I have worked in the gastronomy before, and this behavior is unaccaptable. They were unfriendly from the beginning to the end, the only thing we did wrong was not to leave after the first 5 minutes. Thumbs down, wouldn't recommend it to anyone, except if you like to get treated disrespectful :) (Probably the reason, why it was the only empty local in trastevere - completely deserved) Greetings to everyone who reads this, except the personal working there.
