Error in advice on a mineral wine which is absolutely not. I, who have a deep interest in local commerce, am absolutely dismayed to see that the saleswoman refuses to exchange my full bottle for another "mineral", considering that there is "no error on the wine" (while being wrong about the minerality of a wine is one and not recognizing it is another). The irony is that the saleswoman even offered to keep my bottle, which I paid for! He wouldn't miss it if I gave him a gift, well! We're walking on our heads there... I will never set foot there again, because handling a customer complaint like this is not worthy of local business. Knowing the theory is good, but sharpening your puck is better, otherwise there is no point in going to a wine merchant if we don't have the good advice that follows.
