I can in for two takeaway coffees, and waited for 35min just to get my coffees, unfortunately the server was there by herself and was more worried about taking order then preparing the drinks that have been order, I even heard her say that she was extremely behind, as a hospitality venue you need to prioritise getting order out and not take more and more to the point that you have customers waiting for long periods of time. The only perk was that there were comfortable chairs to wait for. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: A$1–20 Service: 2

Dear Jack, We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused on this occasion. We have a policy of prioritising take aways, in order to avoid this type of situation. It's very disappointing that on this occasion, this policy was not adhered to. Unfortunately, Vintage Rose closed permanently 28.1.2024 (the day after your visit), partially due to staff shortages.
