Nice, quite, clean and food is better than the regular airport food Service is a bit inconsistent.  For the first 30 minutes I had been wowed and was SUPER impressed.... the staff had a print-out of the departure gates and eagerly helped customers so they don't miss their flights (since it can get comfortable to sit here). When it came time does me to ask about departure gates. There had been a change on the wait-staff and this new staff doesn't help customers with that. I was a bit disappointed...ok well, yes- actually super disappointed. But, I guess it's ok.  I had a good quite time here. It's nice and comfortable and the food just "hit the spot".  The lemonade is fresh-squeezed. In the future I will probably come again... but with the expectation that just like any other restaurant... I must gate my own gate info unless I am at an airline lounge. LOL!

Decent meal. It's a bit pricey, but what isn't at the airport? Service is okay/confusing and unfortunately not very foreign friendly. I placed my order with one waitress without any major issues-- huevos de vips and jugo verde. Then a waiter came up to me and place a basket of pastries on the table. Confused I asked him if it was complementary and he said no. I said I didn't order that/don't want it and he removed it. He then said that the jugo verde costed some amount of pesos more and I then asked to change it to orange juice. Moments later, the waitress who first took my order brought out the jugo verde. I stumbled trying to tell her that the other waiter told me it cost more, so I changed it to orange juice. While waiting for my order, I examined the paper table mats, and thatd when I realized that coffee and tea came with my order, but I was never asked, by either i staff, if I wanted it. So I called the waiter over and asked if my order included coffee or tea, which it did so I asked for the coffee. My order eventually came but it was the WRONG item. I tried communicating to him that I ordered huevos vips with the waitress and that I even pointed at the item on the menu and he reluctantly took it away. I eventually got my correct order-- it came hot and the eggs were perfectly cooked (runny) and it was overall a decent filling meal. Just the process getting to it was messy.

From the food court area you can see the entrance and it looks also like a Chili's Too Restaurant. We decided to go here because it was familiar. It was good but nothing special. My husband liked his soup and the service was good but my tacos were so salty I couldn't eat them. The soup was a little spicy but we were warned. It's comfortable inside with plenty of seating and a bar. Looks very deceiving from the entrance like it's small but it's not.
