I don't know if it's general in the chain, but at Vips Montejo (Mérida) the food is terrible, they served us the milkshake with broken whipped cream, the chilaquiles with frozen tortillas (there was literally a block of tortillas between the cold tortilla chips) and the omelette burnt and the cold garnish potatoes were supposed to be cambray potatoes with olive oil and rosemary, and they gave me white papa cooked in water . In short, the food was very unfortunate. Nothing enjoyable, even the cold coffee. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
