Oh my gawd, this place was amazing. I ordered Baingan Bhartha with rice and Lehsuni naan and took it home. I had to wait a little long to get it but man was it worth it. The food was so tasty and savory. It was finger licking good. I wanted to go back for seconds. Definitely recommend this place if you like Indian food. Best part is it’s so close by to where I live. A group of us dined at Virasat, suggested by a friend. We savored the flavors of traditional northern cuisine. Overall, I believe this is the premier Indian restaurant in Vancouver. We returned the following day with our friends for dinner, and they, too, enjoyed the dishes. The servings are generous, and the prices are fair. Verasat has secured the top spot on our Indian food favorites list. Thanks to the owner, Simmi, her family the kitchen crew for the savory food and excellent service.
