This is the second time my husband and I have been to Vista Prime Steaks & Seafood and both times we enjoyed ourselves. This upscale restaurant has great views and our service was perfect. It's located in Snoqualmie Casino. We ordered the calamari, caprese salad, steak and salmon. Everything was cooked perfectly. The calamari was tender and the batter was light and well-seasoned. The garlic aioli went perfect with the calamari. My husband ordered the caprese salad which he thoroughly enjoyed. The fresh mozzarella and tomatoes was well-seasoned and delicious. For dinner he ordered a medium rare New York steak (black BMS 6-8). The steak was cooked perfectly, flavorful and very tender. I ordered the salmon and asked our server to make sure it was cooked all the way through. The salmon was cooked just as I asked and it was tender. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Perfect for date night and then some fun gambling after dinner!
