Good: Nice food for breakfast, good variety and quality. Close to the Vitznau boat station. Not so good: 1. Iron box/Bügeleisen was not present in the room. On our request it was provided but we went out and when we came back in the evening it was taken away! 2. The fan in the room was not working, we reported, and they said they will replace it but didn't. 3. The reception incharge ladies were quite the opposite of each other. The taller lady with dark hair, on the first two days, was very nice and helpful. The shorter lady with lighter hair, on the 3rd day of our stay reacted as if she was getting bothered with our simple questions or requests, which was disappointing.
