I recently visited Vivel Patisserie in Mirdif and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. There was no greeting or acknowledgment of my presence, and instead, I found one of the staff members engrossed in cleaning. As I approached the counter to inquire about their sweet boxes, I was met with complete indifference. The staff member I spoke to barely paid any attention to my questions and seemed more focused on serving other customers rather than giving me the assistance I needed. Despite my attempts to engage in conversation and seek clarification, my questions were coldly ignored. When I inquired about the freshness of their sweets and asked for guidance on how to place an order, the staff member dismissively handed me a card and stated that she was serving another customer. Not only was this response rude, but it also made it clear that my concerns and queries were of no importance to her. I felt genuinely offended by the level of disrespect and disregard I experienced. As a potential customer, I expected to be treated with basic courtesy and given the attention I deserved. Unfortunately, this encounter left a sour taste in my mouth, and I am now left with no desire to become their customer. It is disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior in a place that prides itself on delivering quality products. I hope that Vivel Patisserie takes note of this review and takes necessary steps to address the rudeness and indifference displayed by their staff. As a consumer, I believe that exceptional service is essential and can make or break a customer's decision to return. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration, and consider exploring other patisseries in the area.
