I was at Tremont St, next to the theaters 9pm 1) Excessively long waiting times 2) cashiers inadequate service of customers. I ordered egg puffs and i was served after two other people behind me were served. That ticked me off. I went up to the manager to ask about my order, and they haven’t even started. I also ordered a drink and was not advised that it did not come with bubbles. I understand not every drink comes with bubbles. However, I think the cashiers can do a better job disclosing that, so I can happily pay, give tip, and not be disappointed afterwards. Service: Take out Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi, may I ask when did you patronize our cafe? Did you go to the one on Tremont st in Boston, next the theater district or the on inside Quincy Market?

I ordered a brown sugar milk boba tea. The tea and the boba were both really good, but the jelly was enormous and generally not very good. I have ordered this drink twice and it happened both times, so it wasn’t a fluke. Service: Take out
