Dinner at Volares’ with six friends was the perfect recipe for a great night! The food was absolutely delicious, and if you’re going, do yourself a favor and order the ravioli, it’s an absolute must. The service was just as impressive. Andy took such great care of our table all evening, making us feel like regulars. And just when we thought the night couldn’t get any better, he surprised us with the most incredible Italian cheesecakes. It was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. This is a quiet, cozy, and lovely place for a family and friends gathering! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. If you’re looking for authentic Italian food in New Jersey, Volares is an absolute gem! I had dinner here last week, and everything was outstanding. The food was fresh, authentic, and beautifully prepared, all at very affordable prices. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed, and the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. One thing I really appreciate is that although they have a beer and wine license, they also allow guests to bring their own bottle without charging a corkage fee. That’s a wonderful touch that makes dining here an even better value. I ordered the Gnocchi Sorrentini, and I can honestly say they were among the best gnocchi I have ever had in my life. They were soft, perfectly cooked, and the sauce was absolutely delicious. I also highly recommend the Spaghetti al Pomodoro if you’re looking for a simple yet authentic Italian classic, and the Linguine with Clams was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The owner and manager truly make this restaurant special. You can tell they care deeply about every guest and every dish that comes out of the kitchen. Their passion, hospitality, and attention to detail create an experience that keeps you wanting to come back. I highly recommend Volares to everyone in the area.
