My husband and I visited on July 26,2026. We were there for a evening meal. We were so happy with our choice of entree. We had the chicken and shrimp sauted in the spicy garlic sauce. I tell you, Meadow and Kiara the chefs there at the Durango and Warm Springs did their thing. It was the right amount for the dish, cooked to perfection. I wish I could hire them to cook for me every day. They deserve awards for their expertise in the culinary arts. We're definitely going back and I'm definitely telling others about Volcano Grille!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
