I ordered through the e-food platform and for reason A or B my pre-paid order was delayed excessively. After an hour and a bit of patience, contacting the store they informed me about a problem with the platform etc. and after the employee's urging, we repeated the order by phone directly to the store with the condition of course that it will "get" priority and that they will also contact e-food to cancel the order and refund the money. After 20' they called me again from the store to inform me that they are still trying with e-food (obviously due to workload and the holidays) and that they are waiting for the distributor to send me my order. Half an hour later and still not having received the order, calling the store again they informed me that "It JUST left..." Almost half an hour later, a delivery man suffering from the cold arrived at my home with the long-suffering order. The case is an absolute tragedy and the worst part is not the e-food sticking and if and when I will get my money back, but the excuse lies and the apology I never heard. I'm sorry, but a store like Volcano that, although it has good food, does not respect its customers, does NOT deserve support from anyone, at least from my own family circle, friends and acquaintances.
