Visited the store on January 3, 2025 with my child (3 years old). The response from the store clerk (female, elderly) was the worst. The food at Volks was delicious and I liked it, but I don't think I'll ever go to this restaurant again. ・When I sat down with my 3-year-old child, I was brought water in an adult glass. Since it is dangerous for children, I asked them to bring me a cup for children, but they asked me, ``Do you want a cup for children?Are you sure you can't use one for adults?'' I understand that Volks has drinking glasses for children, so I would like children under 3 years old to bring their own drinking glasses. I would like to strongly request that the store staff re-educate themselves to listen to what customers have to say without being sarcastic. ・The clerk mentioned above had the wrong desk number, and I could hear him talking loudly without hesitation, saying things like, ``I don't have my number !?'' and ``Oh, I got it wrong!! Ahaha!!'' It can't be helped if the conversation is necessary for store operations, but it was noisy and uncomfortable.
