I’m thoroughly disgusted. I think I have convinced myself into thinking that the food at Vons would eventually have some sort of quality control. There is cheese that is over a month past the eat by date. When I have to check everything I buy, there is a serious problem. My last straw was today when I bought previously frozen Alaskan crab and it was brown and smelled like it had been left out for a month. I’m done.

Came in for a same day birthday cake order! Siavash was so helpful and patient while assisting me. He provided amazing options and took his time to really listen to what I was hoping to achieve. The cakes turned out beautifully. Thank you Siavash R!

The customer service at this location is atrociously bad. Most cashiers are pissed at every customer that comes through their line. I had a bagger gaslight me about how many reusable bags I brought today? I’d rather drive across town to shop the other location at this point.
